Brett Hansen is a Canadian guitarist/composer/producer based in Edmonton. He has recorded on dozens of albums across many genres. Brett has shared the stage with the likes of Robi Botos, Gil Goldstein, PJ Perry, Mallory Chipman, the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, and many others. He is an active sideman having opened up for bands such as Blue Rodeo, AQUA, and Blue Oyster Cult.

On his debut album Confluence, guitarist Brett Hansen and his band weave their way through twelve original compositions, traversing folk inspired melodies, sprawling ambience, gentle ballads, and rock inspired epics

Massimo Ciolli, thinker of melodies, was born in Florence (Italy) in 1958. In his teenage years he resumed his previously interrupted studies, encouraged by lessons of political economy and harmony respectively given by evening school teachers and jazz musicians. He eventually got into contact with the most creative figures on the musical scene. In 1981 he was still playing jazz with his peers in the back of a Florentine craftsman’s workshop. Since then he has performed in many Italian and European jazz clubs. Nevertheless, besides his musical projects he has devoted himself to different jobs to earn his living

Mario Dueñas was born on April 23, 1985 in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Was introduced to the piano at the age of 5, developing a special interest in harmony, and soon began a self- teaching process through record transcribing and bibliographic studies. Years later, established a variety of ensambles to further explore both the languages of composition as well as performance. After experiencing the music of Bill Evans and John Coltrane along with many other master improvisers, decided to continue a deeper study into the nature of improvisation. Ofer Landsberg

Jazz guitarist, Ofer Landsberg, was born in Israel and began playing guitar at the age of seven. In the early 2000’s he spent his formative years immersed in the New York Jazz scene, playing with legendary greats such as; pianist Frank Hewitt, drummer Jimmy Lovelace, pianist Gil Coggins and Jimmy Wormsworth.

Now established as an internationally recognised player, Ofer has led performances at the EFG London Jazz Festival, Bopfest, The Red Sea Festival, Tel-Aviv Jazz Festival and Swansea International Jazz Festival while additionally touring and appearing at prestigious venues such as; Ronnie Scotts (London, UK), Duc De Lombards (Paris, France), Birds Eye Jazz Club (Switzerland) Jazz Club d'Annecy (France), B-Flat Jazz Club ( Berlin, Germany) and JazzCafe Dizzy (Rotterdam, Netherlands).

Luis Rojas has been active in the Northern California music scene as bandleader, sideman, and guitar instructor since moving to the Bay Area from Los Angeles. He loves to combine jazz, blues, and latin influences to create a unique and personal sound. Luis studied at the Dick Grove School of Music in LA. and at The Jazz School in Berkeley (now the California Jazz Conservatory). He also studied with Mimi Fox, Warren Nunes, Jeff Massanari, and Rick Vandivier. Nick Costley-White is one of the most in demand guitarists in the UK, renowned for a deep understanding of the jazz tradition, alongside a virtuosic technique and progressive approach to improvising.

Nick has released two albums to date, “Detour Ahead” (Ubuntu Music 2018) features a mix of his own writing and jazz standards and “Nice Work!” released in 2023 showcases his longstanding trio with drummer Josh Morrison and Tom Farmer on double bass.

Nick has performed all around the world in jazz clubs including Ronnie Scott’s, the Duc Des Lombards, Blue Note (Milan, Shanghai & Beijing) A-Trane, Unterfhart, and at jazz festivals including Jazz in the Vines (Australia), Birmingham, Manchester and London Jazz Festival

Giacinto Piracci

Born:

Giacinto Piracci, born in Naples, in 1974. At the age of 14 starts studying the guitar, with a teacher for a short period, and continuing self-taught. His musical interests focus mainly on Rock, playing with small local bands, then moving to Jazz, practicing for a few months before starting classical studies, new passion. He achieves in year 2000 the Degree in Classical Guitar and in 2005 the Degree in Jazz Music at the Conservatory of Naples, with top marks and praise.

In 2004 takes part at the Jazz clinics in Siena (Siena Jazz) where he studies with Enrico Rava, Pietro Tonolo, Massimo Manzi, Tomaso Lama and other teachers, winning a scholarship to rapresent Italy, with another student, at the I.A.S.J (International Association Schools of Jazz) meeting in Krakow in 2005, under the direction of Dave Liebman.

Marel Hidalgo is a seventeen-year old guitarist and bandleader from New Jersey. He began playing guitar at the age of four and debuted in pubic with a solo show just a few months later. By the age of six he formed his first band, performing during those early years a variety of musical genres, including blues, reggae, progressive rock, Latin, funk, country, bluegrass and fusion very successfully at a local and national level making presentations in places such as The Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland -several times-, The Denver Day of Rock in Colorado or being featured on the Harry Connick Jr.’s TV show on national television.

John Garza is a Chicago-based musician & composer. John grew up on Chicago's northwest side, having been influenced by an eclectic array of musical experiences: watching Chicago blues on Maxwell street, listening to house and hip-hop on the north side, exposed to traditional and popular Latin-American music at home and in the neighborhood, as well as listening to American rock and pop. At an early age, John was fascinated by the jazz that came on the radio late nights, and that has become his genre of choice in a composing and performing context.
