Joris Teepe


Bassist Joris Teepe (1962) is the first jazz musician from The Netherlands to be able to make it in New York. Arriving in New York in 1992 with just his bass and a suitcase, he took lessons with Ron Carter, quickly met many musicians and started to work a lot. A year later he recorded his first CD, with a band co-led by Don Braden and featuring Cyrus Chestnut, Carl Allen and Tom Harrell. From that point everything really took off for Joris and he became a bassist in great demand. He has been working with the "who-is-who in Jazz", such as Benny Golson, Sonny Fortune, Rashied Ali, Billy Hart and Randy Brecker


Dina Blade


Dina Blade is a singer with a relaxed sense of time and swing who spent her early childhood watching old cartoons with jazz soundtracks and has been enthralled with the music ever since. An effervescent performer with a devotion to the timeless songs from the 1930s and 40s Great American Songbook, Dina has has graced stages in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Cuba and Brazil. As an American jazz vocalist, Dina’s recording of “Indian Summer” is regularly featured on Nationally Syndicated Music Choice Radio. Herself a dancer, Dina’s most recent cd was recorded for dancers with her quintet Swingin’ in the Rain and includes fresh interpretations of swinging classics like the title track “Shall We Dance”, “Night and Day”, “The Best Things Happen While You’re Dancing” and other great songs. In addition to her skills as a vocalist, Dina is also an accomplished guitarist and tap & swing dancer


Toscanellie "Lady T" Marcelain

Jazz Vocalist, bandleader and clinician, Toscanellie Lady T. Marcelain features the songs of the hottest years of vocal jazz. A national and international performance favorite, she has enjoyed great success with her dedication to the preservation and perpetuation of America's jazz. Lady T. held an 8-year Friday and Saturday night residency at the Ciao Bella Ristorante/Pacific Blue Seafood-Steaks- Oysters Restaurant in Glen Ellyn, IL.
