BM and MM in piano performance. ABD in Theory. Taught applied piano, theory, jazz studies, composition, arranging, and music history at Morehead State University, Morehead, KY, for 33 years. Retired in 2000. Currently teaching piano and jazz studies part time at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. Keyboardist/arranger/pops conductor for Lexington (KY) Philharmonic since 1973.
