This masterful trio play an ambient blend of Soul, Jazz, Folk and Alternative Rock.

The band accelerates from brooding melodic riffs to pumping rhythms like a possessed soul machine changing gear!  

The name ‘Yazatas’, means venerable spirits in Persian. It was chosen as the three members Jezmond Farren, Zehy AlDhabari and Zaki have a musical chemistry that makes them sound like they are channeling the same soul! 

Kiyo & Sen

Kiyo*Sen is the name of a Japanese fusion jazz duo created in 2013 with a core collaboration between Kiyomi Otaka, the keyboard player of Japanese fusion group Casiopea 3rd and the Japanese drummer Senri Kawaguchi often accompanied by guest artists playing guitar and bass guitar. To date, they have released 5 CDs: Chocolate Booster, Duology, Trick or Treat; Organiser and Drumatica and one DVD Chocco Boo Live!

Enayet Hossain

Enayet is a tabla player born into an Indian musical family and am a third-generation musician.  His father is from India and mother from Bangladesh and Enayet was born in Bangladesh before his family migrated to the United States when he was 6 years old. He learned from his father, Hamid Hossain who is a very well-known Indian music teacher based in the United States, who has taught at UMBC and has trained thousands of students in tabla, sitar and Indian classical vocal music. Enayet is versatile in accompanying North Indian classical music, instrumental, light, and semi-classical music, including thumri, ghazal, and world fusion music, as well as giving solo performances. Enayet started his work in fusion music much later, after felt he had established himself as an Indian classical musician first.

Pat Strawser

Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, Pat began his music education with classical piano lessons starting in 1985. The eclectic and abundant musical atmosphere of Athens inspired in him a lifelong love of music. He played trombone in high school marching band and was 1st chair trombone in his high school jazz band. He later started his first band, Volaré, in 1993. Volaré blended an interesting mix of fusion, progressive rock, and jazz, and released The Uncertainty Principle (The Laser’s Edge) in 1997, achieving critical acclaim with an international audience.

Over the last 30 years, Pat has continued to expand his musical experience offering private piano lessons, studio production work, working as an audio-visual tech for various churches, performing in wedding and jazz bands, and working with singers/songwriters

Sandia offers original modern young spirit, innovative music, which incorporates Jazz, Ethnic, World, Fusion, that can touch a large variety of audiences through a special mix of groove, fascinating melodies, and complexity. The band is consisting of saxophone, piano, bass, drums.

Suzanna Ross

Born: December 14

Suzanna Ross is a singer-songwriter based in New York City. She writes and sings in both English and French. Her songs include Upstairs, a l'etage (French version of Upstairs), Don't Like Cryin', After the Dancing Ends, Pour toi je chanterai, There's No Tellin', Change moi (Change Me) and Make a Brand-New Start. Suzanna sings jazz, French chansons, pop, Bossa Nova, and American Songbook and has performed  at  Metropolitan Room, Don't Tell Mama, Triad, Pangea, TOMI Jazz, Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning, and at famed jazz club, Trumpets. Her music has been played on radio stations in the U.S., France, Europe, UK, Australia, and Africa. She co-produced a CD, Bewitched - Not Bothered, Not Bewildered, and presented a show during the pandemic, Make a Brand-New Start. Suzanna has had the pleasure of recording and performing with top-tier musicians including,  Tedd Firth, Daryl Kojak, Gregory Toroian, Sean Harkness, Kevin Lutke, and many more. 

Lorenzo Cellupica

Born: August 16, 1992

Lorenzo Cellupica was born in 1992 in Frosinone (Italy). He’s a pianist, keyboardist, composer and music teacher from Isola del Liri (Frosinone). He began to study at a local music school and carried on his own from the age of 13 till 25. His studies ranged from classical music to jazz, from rock to pop. In 2011 he won a contest for emerging bands in Alvito (FR) called Non solo Jazz (“Not Only Jazz”) with his band Yellowcake. In 2015 he was chosen as the best musicians by the newspaper TG24 for partecipating at a contest organised by the music school Industrie Sonore in Isola del Liri, where he played some original compositions for piano solo

"Subspace Transmission is dedicated to our bandmate, mentor, and friend Ron Miles. It will be released on March 8, 2023. One year after Ron's passing. This 12-track album features 2 of Ron's compositions, and his incredible playing is also featured on 2 tracks. The artwork for the album was done by Ron's son Honor Miles.

The group’s instrumentation is a unique mixture of acoustic instruments that are centuries old(Tabla, Ghatam, Cajon, Trumpet, Trombone, Drums, Conch Shell), with modern electric instruments and effects(Electric Bass, Pedal Steel Guitar, Effects Pedals). The music blends jazz, world, funk, rock, and fusion influences to create a sound unlike anything you have heard.
