Filament is a trio of longtime friends and performers Alex Carter (saxophone), Tobe Tsuchiya (piano) and Danilo Randjic-Coleman (bass).

Formed in early 2024, the project is a unique synthesis of jazz instrumentation with modern musical styles; taking inspiration from genres ranging from film music to death metal. They released their Debut EP in March 2025.
