Emma Giulia

Emma Giulia (aka Emma Julia Feldhandler-Mugnaini or Emma Feld-Mugnaini) is a French Guitarist and Composer born in Paris in 1999.

She started playing guitar at the age of 6 with blues/rock guitar lessons, her first inspirations were Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Buddy Guy.

She started studying Jazz at the age of 14 and learned the language and improvisation by listening to Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall and Pat Metheny.

The discovery of the composer Charles Mingus at the age of 16 was a musical and artistic shock that pushed her to take an interest in arrangement and composition.
