Tyler Scott is a Jazz musician from Fort Wayne, IN. In his short 19 years, he has taken advantage of every opportunity to come his way. Scott started playing drums in church at the age of nine. His middle school band director, Jerry Farrington, played an important role in introducing him to Jazz music. During his seventh grade year, he met a local drummer, Todd Harrold, who taught him the importance of keeping the groove. This significant lesson set the tone for him to win every top drummer award at every jazz festival he competed in up through his senior year of high school. Tyler Hornby

For as long as he can remember, Tyler Hornby has been on a musical journey. He encountered jazz early on while growing up in Alberta, living in a house that doubled as a rehearsal space for his guitar-playing father, his bass- playing brother and big band singer grandmother. He started drumming at age 10, honed his artistry in high school big bands and experimental jazz combos, and has blossomed into one of the country's most innovative and sought-after young drummers. Hornby has also become a gifted composer by expanding his musical tastes, studying the craft with Grammy Award winning pianist Chip Stephens, and immersing himself in the work of other great players from all over the planet. Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali (born Raymond Patterson, 1936) is a free jazz drummer. Ali was born and grew up in Philadelphia. He, along with his father and brothers, converted to Islam. He recorded with Albert Ayler in 1969 on the sessions released as Music is the Healing Force of the Universe and The Last Album. He moved to Europe in 1969 along with Frank Wright, Noah Howard, and Bobby Few. His brother is the better known Rashied Ali. The Jazz Discography states that Ali participated in 26 recording sessions from 1967 to 1983. In October 2006, Ali played a concert to celebrate John Coltrane's 80th birthday in Philadelphia with his brother, pianist Dave Burrell and bassist Reggie Workman

Richie Barshay

Daniele Cavalca was born in Montecchio Emilia (RE) on 8thOctober 1987.He began to play drums when he was six years old at themusic school ofPraticello di Gattatico. Christopher Icasiano

Chris Icasiano is quickly establishing himself as a force in Seattle's new music and avant-garge jazz scene. He performs regularly in the co-led duo Bad Luck with long-time friend and collaborator, saxophonist Neil Welch, which was recently awarded the 2009 Alternative Jazz Group of the Year by Earshot Jazz. Bad Luck's self-titled debut album was received with much critical acclaim and has been described as, "...one of the finest Seattle Jazz recordings in years - fresh, assured, mature way beyond it's players' ages." (Peter Monaghan, Earshot Jazz). Icasiano is also a member of the progressive avant-jazz group Speak, which features many of Seattle's most forward-looking, innovative, and creative musicians, focusing predominantly on original composition and collective improvisation
