Drummer/ Vibist from Uruguay - SouthAmerica Multi-instrumentalist, producer and educator, from Montevideo (Uruguay), with more than 25 years of professional experience in different groups, projects, as an outstanding drummer on the music scene in his country. His background includes classical percussion at Montevideo University School of Music and specialization courses in pop and jazz in the US at the Manhattan School of Music and The Collective Institute in New York City. From 2012 to 2017 he participated as a teacher, coordinator and academic advisor of the Jazz Camps program at Solís Theatre (Montevideo) and directed workshops with great guest artists such as Wynton Marsalis, Jazz at the Lincoln Center Orchestra, Bobby McFerrin, George Garzone, among many others.

Itamar Shapiro is a New York based drummer and percussionist.

Born in Israel in 1995 Itamar started playing music when he was 6 years old studying different percussion instruments. When he was 12, he started playing the drum set which became his primary instrument. In high school he attended the music program at Blich high school in Ramat Gan. After graduating high school Itamar studied for three years at the CJS academic program in the Israeli conservatory of Tel Aviv. In 2017 Itamar moved to New York to complete his degree at the New School for jazz and contemporary music’s performance program and graduated with honors in 2019.

throughout the years Itamar played with world -renowned artist such as Sullivan Fortner, Joel Frahm and more

Born in Brussels in 1973, Zeke Martin entered the world with a pair of drumsticks in his hands. Influenced by his father, Stu Martin, who played with Jazz greats such as Herbie Hancock, John McLaughlin, Charles Mingus, Dave Holland and Quincy Jones to name a few, Zeke’s musical repertoire includes a blend of Jazz, Funk, R&B, Reggae, Rock and more.

In 1985, at the age of 12, Zeke had his first gig with Steve Lacy, in France. Shortly after, he moved to the United States where he began a successful career, including the formation of Zeke Martin & The Oracle in 2000. Since then The Oracle has released four CD’s entitled LANDSCAPES (2001), FUNKY STUFF (2006), U4RIA (2009), 4 (2012) and SAY WHAT (2014)
