Dave Trefethen

Originally from New England, Dave Trefethen is based in Venice, FL on the Southwest coast. He is a member of a very small elite group of guitarists who play in a very swinging jazz style using chord melodies, in the tradition of Herb Ellis, Barney Kessel, Tal Farlow, Johnny Smith, JIm Hall, Joe Pass, etc. Dave also is in high demand as a jazz bassist.
