Danilo Memoli, jazz pianist Besides his work in the steady rhythm section for the great tenor saxophonist Steve Grossman since ’98 and the leadership of his own trio, italian pianist DANILO MEMOLI has worked in the years with many great musicians on tour in Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Germany, Czech Republic, Greece...: among those players are New York soloists John Mosca, Eddie Henderson, Lew Tabackin, Jesse Davis, Vincent Herring, Jim Snidero, Bob Sands, Dave Schnitter, Kurt Weiss and many italian names (Fabio Morgera, Pietro Tonolo, Roberto Rossi, Carlo Atti, Fabrizio Bosso, Piero Odorici... With the trio format, MEMOLI released two cds: the first recording (1999) – is simply entitled "JAZZ" and features Grossman and Mosca as guest stars on some tunes
