Rodrigo Faina

Rodrigo Faina is a composer and bandleader whose music often transcends conventional and outdated genre distinctions. An alchemist, able to blend the techniques of new music and the traditions of jazz, tango and other popular genres into a lush, progressive and evocative sound-world distinctively of his own. The unpredictable and adventurous nature of his musical output places him in a particular position within the contemporary music landscape, and has earned him the respect and admiration of the international music scene’s key figures, but at the same time, brings him in conflict with both: the avant-garde and conceptualist classical composers. Rodrigo’s music draws inspiration from literature, social inequality and abstract images, and his aim is to develop and renew musical heritage and traditions without losing the connection with the emotional, expressive and spiritual aspects of music. Rodrigo’s music has been performed in prestigious venues such as the Kölner Philharmonie, WDR Funkhaus Köln, De Doelen and Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ. He has collaborated with renowned ensembles, soloists and conductors from Europe and the United States, such as Asko|Schönberg Ensemble, DoelenEnsemble, Metropole Orchestra, Zapp4, Nederlands Blazers Ensemble, David Kweksilber Big Band, Bulgaria National Radio Symphony, Platypus Ensemble, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Vince Mendoza, Etienne Siebens, Bas Wiegers and Claron McFadden among others. Roberto Spadoni

Born: December 10, 1963

I feel lucky. I fell in love with music and she took me by hand and guides me on the paths of life, the difficult one and the easy ones. Lights and shadows, joys and sorrows: there is no day that music does not resonate within me. Thanks to her I have been able to work with many musicians and many orchestras in precious collaborations and to play in many festivals, I have been able to carry out ambitious projects and I could perform teaching in conservatories and private institutions seeing many young people grow day by day. Thanks to her, I recorded CDs, wrote books and translated others in Italian. Quoting Duke Ellington, I can say that "Music is my Mistress". Between 2007 and 2012 I graduated in I and II level in Jazz at the Conservatorio di Musica di Benevento, where I am now a professor in Jazz Composition. Güç Başar Gülle

Born: October 14, 1977

Born in 1977, Gülle is the leading Turkish artist of his generation who attracted the attention of art critics and music lovers with his innovative music language. Gulle’s unique style derives from his comprehensive knowledge of Ottoman-Turkish music, Jazz and Contemporary music. Güç Başar Gülle earned his master’s degree from İstanbul Technical University Turkish Conservatory of Turkish Music in 2004, after completing his undergraduate studies in Boğaziçi University Philosophy department. Gulle pursued his studies at Berklee College of Music in 2004 and completed four years Jazz Composition Department’s program within two years

Paul Colombo

Born: December 9, 1956

Paul Colombo is a musician based outside of Philadelphia, PA, USA. Paul is a versatile guitarist, composer and vocalist who has performed and recorded with Grammy winners such as Neil Sedaka, Peter Nero, and The Delfonics and American Idol winner Taylor Hicks. He has been touted for his "virtuoso guitar playing" and "well- traveled artistry". (Lancaster Intelligencer Journal, May 2011).

Paul has also performed with The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, among others, the Philly Pops, played numerous national tours of Broadway shows at Hershey Theatre where he has been the first call guitarist there for twenty years, and was nominated for an excellence in teaching award at a local college.

Daniele Germani

Born: December 29, 1992

Daniele Germani has always believed that music is a powerful tool to develop the creative and expressive potential of people and that it will always be a driving force in society, breaking down human barriers and uniting people. For him, this has been undoubtedly true.  Being a bandleader and having a working group for over four years has allowed Daniele to grow both as a composer and arranger. In the year of 2019 he challenged himself to compose one tune per day. Today, he has written over 450 tunes, and will be releasing his debut record, A Congregation of Folks, on Gleam Records, March 2021

Angelo Mastronardi

Born: March 11, 1982

An eclectic pianist who combines the tradition of jazz with new languages, Angelo Mastronardi's compositions and his style in improvisation are recognized by critics since his debut in a piano trio in 2014. His works range from duo to big band and symphony orchestra.

Aimua Eghobamien

Aimua /'ʌɪmwə/ is a British artist who sings and composes, writes lyrics, poetry and essays and takes photographs.

He produced and released Brazen. Simple. (2017), London Live (2014) and Poured Gently (2010). These projects include original music, lyrics and poetry; and new arrangements of jazz, classical, rock and pop standards.

He was nominated for Best Music Producer—Independent Music Award for Brazen. Simple. He was longlisted for The Poetry Society’s National Poetry Competition.

He has a BA in Creative Writing from Hunter College of the City University of New York and an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School. He also studied Jazz Vocal Performance at City College of the City University of New York and photography at the International Center of Photography in New York.
