Cezariusz Gadzina

axophonist graduated from Frederic Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw – Poland (in the classical saxophone class of American saxophonist David Pituch), Lemmensinstituut in Leuven – Belgium (in the classical saxophone class of Dutch saxophonist Ed Bogaard) and Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels – Belgium (in the jazz saxophone class of American saxophonist John Ruocco. In Royal Conservatory in Brussels he studied also symphonic conducting with British conductor Frank Shipway.

He is the winner of many prizes and distinctions; among them the most important are: the 1st prize in European Jazz Contest in Sorgues/Avignon, France, twice finalist in  International Jazz Competition in Hoeilaart, Belgium. He was awarded the Gold Key to Career within Pomeranian Jazz Autumn. He was a scholar of Belgian Government. He received a grant from Berklee College of Music in Boston USA.
