His versatility and sensitivity at the piano have made him a valued contributor to dozens of albums and projects across genres.

Jonathan Reisin

Jonathan Reisin is a Brooklyn-based saxophonist, composer, and improviser born in Israel. His artistic vision revolves around crafting original music deeply influenced by Contemporary music, Jazz, and the Avant-Garde. Throughout his career, Jonathan has collaborated with notable artists such as Francisco Mela, Kris Davis, Anat Fort, Val Jeanty, Cooper Moore, and many more, with appearances at the Vermont Jazz Festival, Forward Festival (Brooklyn), M3 Festival (NY), Yearot Menache Festival (ISR), Gangneung International Art Festival (South Korea), and venues around the world. Nicholas Mycio

Born: September 23, 1999

Nicholas Mycio is a Brooklyn born Los Angeles based guitarist whose unique sonic palette combines the foundational language of Jazz with modern harmonic innovations brought about in the 21st century. A musician with a clearly defined vision, Nicholas has always strived to play in the same manner in which he speaks. To connect his thoughts to his improvisation perfectly, and perform with the same depth and meaning as a thoughtful conversation.

Born: June 16, 1975

Glassmeyer composes and improvises often using the Wurlitzer electric piano, acoustic piano, reedless and standard tenor saxophones, percussion, contra-alto clarinet and voice. Evan Palmer

Evan Palmer (they/them) is a bassist, multi-instrumentalist, composer and educator based in Brooklyn. They specialize in improvised music and jazz.

​Raised in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, Palmer moved to Boston in 2018 to attend Berklee College of Music, where they studied with John Lockwood, Francisco Mela, Bob Gullotti, and Linda May Han Oh. They graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Music in Bass Performance.

​Palmer's music is a synthesis of many artistic influences, drawing from the jazz tradition, improvised musics from around the world, folk and country music, rock and roll, metal, and more

Daniel Meron

Through his music, Brooklyn based pianist and composer Daniel Meron awakens listeners' deepest desires and feelings. Born in Israel to a family of Egyptian and Syrian descent, Meron integrates his love for improvisation into original compositions that are both sophisticated and lyrical, rich with influences from Jazz, Middle-Eastern and Latin American music. Meron’s multiple records have gained rave reviews from music critics and radio stations around the world.

For his new record entitled Pendulum (2024 Pinch Records), Daniel has gathered some of New York’s most innovative and distinguished jazz musicians: Drummer Mark Whitfield Jr. (Kenny Garrett, Kurt Rosenwinkle), bassist Tamir Shmerling (Terri Lyne Carrington, Kevin Eubanks), flutist Itai Kriss (Pedrito Martinez, Avishai Cohen) and tenorist Jonathan Greenstein (Omer Avital, Itamar Borochov). Having performed together over the past year, the band further explores that elusive and magical balance between the power of clarity and the excitement of spontaneity. Listening to Meron’s enchanting compositions played by such heavy-weight jazz improvisers provides a captivating experience both live and on the record.

Jerome Sabbagh

Saxophonist and composer Jerome Sabbagh was born in Paris in 1973 and has been living in New York since 1995. He became an American citizen in 2014.

Jerome Sabbagh was one of Paul Motian's last saxophone players. After one gig together, the legendary drummer asked him to play for a week at the Village Vanguard, in his "New Trio" with guitarist Ben Monder, in September 2011. A prolific forward-thinking composer, as well as a musician with a deep connection to the well of the jazz tradition, he has been leading a few bands over the last few years.

Tristan Voitcu

Born: December 4, 2001

Tristan Voitcu is a New Jersey based Jazz Saxophonist currently attending Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, where he is studying with Ralph Bowen. Tristan began studying the saxophone at age 14, with a wide variety of influences, including Gustav Holst, Sigurd Rascher, Eric Dolphy, Charles Mingus, and especially Ronnie Cuber. At age 16, he began studying with Saxophonist and Historian Paul Cohen, with whom he developed a love for contemporary, improvised, and avant-garde music. During Highschool, he attended the West Milford Jazz Academy, where he studied with Ronnie Cuber and Jim Saltzman. During his first semester at college, he performed the Philip Glass Concerto for Saxophone Quartet with the Scarlet Quartet and Rutgers Symphonic Winds. He auditioned and won the Rutgers Chamber music concert 5 times, both with the Scarlet Quartet, and with his Avant-Garde Duo. During his time at Mason Gross, he has also performed with the Rutgers Wind Ensemble, Rutgers Symphonic Winds, Rutgers Lab Band, Rutgers Jazz Ensemble, Mingus Ensemble, Avant Garde Ensemble, and the Jazz Afro-World Ensemble. He as studied with Abraham Burton, Robby Ameen, Victor Lewis, Anthony Branker, Conrad Herwig, Paul Cohen, Kraig Williams, Todd Nichols, and Ronnie Cuber. Today he is an active performer of popular music in north and central Jersey with the VTX Collective, the Rock in Soul Band, and the Cope Aesthetic. As a band leader he performs regularly at the Tavern on George Street and Friends Cafe. As a sideman, he is a regular member of the Justin Farquhar Jazz orchestra, taking the Baritone sax seat, and has performed with the Mathuin Smith Jazz Orchestra, Sam Wilson Quartet and Logan Bogdan Quartet. He also was a sideman on Hip Hop artist Doitall’s album “Alma”. His newest project and passion is the “Mingus Legacy Collective” co-led by drummer Logan Bogdan, a group of young musicians dedicated learning and authentically performing the music of Charles Mingus in a small ensemble setting.
