Tal Mashiach

Tal Mashiach, a Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist and composer, is a prominent voice in the NYC jazz/world music scene. Raised in the natural beauty of the village of "Harashim" in northern Israel, Mashiach moved to New York in 2015. There, he shared the stage with artists such as Anat Cohen, Avishai Cohen (Trumpet), and Mulatu Astatke at venues such as Carnegie Hall, Newport Jazz Fest, Montreal Jazz Fest, and more. In 2021, he released his debut solo guitar album, "Tiyul," presented by Anzic Records.

Alessandro Fongaro

Born: August 27, 1991

Alessandro Fongaro (1991, Valdagno, Italy) is an Italian bassist and composer based in Rotterdam (NL). Between 2014 and 2017, he led the Alessandro Fongaro 5et, a project that debuted in 2016 with the album ‘Neither More nor Less’ (Mainland Records). While a student of the Conservatory of Rotterdam (Codarts), Alessandro won the Erasmus Jazz Prijs (2014) and The Records (2014). After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Codarts with the highest honours, Alessandro temporarily moved to Amsterdam to attend his master’s in jazz double bass, which he completed in 2016. Alessandro currently leads and writes music for the band CLOD!, an electric instrumental project that blends jazz and indie-rock

Rich Brown

Rich Brown has been an active member of Toronto's culturally diverse music scene since 1992. He is currently a member of New York based alto saxophonist Rudresh Mahanthappa's bands Samdhi and Gamak, and has performed and recorded with some of the finest musicians in the world including Dapp Theory, Steve Coleman & 5 Elements, James "Blood" Ulmer, Vernon Reid, Andy Narrell, Angelique Kidjo, Glenn Lewis, Jane Siberry, David Clayton Thomas, and Bruce Cockburn, to name a few. He has appeared in the feature film "Glitter" starring Mariah Carey and the made for TV movie "The Natalie Cole Story" starring Natalie Cole, as well as the television series "Soul Food.†Rich also leads his own band rinsethealgorithm, and has appeared on over 60 recordings ranging from Jazz to Funk to Latin to traditional Asian and Arabic music.

Giuseppe Venezia

Bassist and bassist from Lucania, Giuseppe Venezia - born in 1982 - started his artistic career in 2006. Until now, he has been involved in numerous formations and has participated in the recording of several records, alongside musicians from around the world both in the studio and live. Also artistic director of the Rosetta Jazz Club and the Basilijazz - Basilicata Jazz Festival, today it is considered a "first call" by many American musicians performing in Europe. In addition to promoting the establishment of numerous jazz ensembles, Venice has shared stages and recording studios, in Italy and abroad, with prestigious names of the world jazz scene, such as Enrico Rava, Stochelo Rosenberg, Peter Bernstein, Greg Hutchinson, Scott Hamilton, Jonathan Blake, Dado Moroni, Philip Harper, Jerry Bergonzi, Jason Lindner, Johnny O'Neal, Flavio Boltro, Jesse Davis, Roberto Gatto, just to name a few.

Ramani Krishna

Ramani Krishna: Born in Bangalore, India. He is musically inspired by artists like Stanley Clarke, Paul McCartney, Eddie Jefferson, Bill Evans, Ben Sidran and others. Krishna had engagements as a bassist in India, Israel, Egypt, Kenia and Cyprus. In his German domicile Berlin he is one of the best bassists in the scene. He is working with the projects Radio Marrakesch and Luna Loops, with artists like Tobias Schmidt- Relenberg, Detroit Gary Wiggins,Sam Leigh Brown, Mitch Alive, Mike Russell, Donna Brown, MFA Kera and Black Heritage…At the famous Hans-Otto-Theater in Potsdam (nearby Berlin) he is a member of the ensemble and their musical “Musical-Fever”.

Doug Lilla

Born: July 9, 1957

Currently playing with Big Crinkly Trio and DeJoie/Lilla/Weaver. Have played in a variety of situations over the years including Circular Cowboys and Al Hood's Aspects Trio (Seattle). Studied bass privately with Harold Miller (Milwaukee), Reggie Willis (Milwaukee/Chicago), Gary Peacock (Seattle).
