MATKOT is the sound of a female vocal quartet and a swinging jazz trio playing the unique arrangements of Israeli composer Rami Bar-David. Lush harmonies and Mediterranean grooves flavor Bar-David's hip compositional style, which deconstructs jazz standards and popular classics and re-arranges them into a distinctive new sound. Based in New York, MATKOT's music draws on both the jazz tradition and their Israeli roots to create a vibrant new repertoire.

Buffalo Jazz Octet

The Buffalo Jazz Octet has performed since 2011, combining the power and compositional intricacy of a large ensemble with the flexibility and dynamism of a small improvising combo. The octet collaborated with saxophone legend Joe Ford (of various McCoy Tyner bands) in 2015, and the band's members have worked individually with internationally noted musicians ranging from Buddy Morrow and Don Menza to Wadada Leo Smith and William Parker. The group's debut album, recorded live at Pausa Art House in May 2016, comes out April 20, 2017 on Cadence Jazz Records. The octet has appeared at the 2014 and 2015 Queen City Jazz Festivals, Villa Maria College, Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center, and Pausa Art House.

The Ditties is a vocal trio from Lithuania, formed by three young professional jazz singers and performing early swing vocal music from 1930 and 1940,
which is best known for the close harmony and syncopated rhythm.Trio fascinates with its energy, delicacy and joyful mood.
The harmony of the voices, playfulness, vintage clothes and special repertoire will bring you into the swinging decade.
It's also a great pleasure for those who nowadays miss the acoustic and cozy jazz sound. The instrumental section ( saxophone, guitar and double bass ).

Alaska Dreamers music is soft mixture between soul, blues, R&B, post-rock, jazz, folk. Band musical journey started in 2012 as a creative experiment between bass player, composer Reinis Ozolins and drummer Rudolfs Dankfelds. After a while they felt like adding more colours and the duo became a trio as singer Kristine Praulina joined. So step by step the band grew to the current lineup. Here, meeting within the great personalities that make up the musical sound of the message together, and that helps it to resound in great contact with the audience.. In April 2015 the first concert took place and the group continued touring, write music and begins to gradually work on the debut album.
