Zen Boogie is bringing it's eclectic mix of Jazz, Blues, Rock and Country back to the Sunset Strip! Lead singer Robert Linden is having a birthday, so the band is throwing a massive party at the Cat Club on Sunset to celebrate.
Zen Boogie was one of the official bands of the 2011 LA Marathon, having been voted “Best Jazz Ensemble" at the Malibu Music Awards, and also a recent finalist at the LA Music Awards. Known by their fans as “ZB," they will be performing songs from their 1st album “Beginnings" and their upcoming album “Now and Zen."
1019 opens at 8pm and Zen Boogie follows at 8:45. Special performances by Israeli songstress HadarNow and Suzi Oliver.
