Jazz Bridge Presents @ Philadelphia City Hall, Wednesday April 11th!

To celebrate National Jazz Appreciation Month and to strengthen City Hall's role as a cultural center, the city of Philadelphia's Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy will present Jazz Bridge on Wednesday, April 11th from 5:30-6:30 p.m as part of the City Hall Presents! initiative. Appearing will be saxophonist Umar Raheem, pianist Jim Holton, bassist Mike Boone, and drummer Jim Miller. A short film by jazz videographer Jason Fifield will also be shown documenting the nonprofit work that Jazz Bridge does to help local jazz and blues musicians and the neighborhood concerts it presents throughout the region. The performance will take place inside City Hall (One Penn Square, Broad & Market Sts., Phila, PA 19107) in the Mayor's Reception Room on the second floor.
