Fiona's Comments
Sing-a-long everyone, AhhhhAAAHHHHHahhhdedededeeeeeedede. Quietly addictive scatting, not quite a burial, but worthy at a roaring wake.
About the Album
This is one of my compositions you can find on my first record, released this month. The name alludes to T.S. Elliot´s "The Wasteland" inspiration from some other pieces. On this tune I took some lines from the poem to make a song of it sung by Portuguese vocalist Clara Buser. Alto solo by José Soares.
Miguel Sampaio: drums; Filipe Louro: double bass; Clara Buser: vocals; Wilson Correia: piano; Marcel Pascual: vibes; José Soares: alto sax; Luis Miguel: tenor sax; Gio Yáñez: guitar.
