About the Album

A Joni Mitchell arrangement by Zohar. In this arrangement, Zohar aimed to share his unconditional love for Joni’s music and voice. This song has been on Zohar’s mind for at least 10 years, ever since he discovered her album Blue. Zohar felt deeply understood by her straightforward lyrics, intention, and endless passion in her voice. It awakened a kind of fire in Zohar’s heart, which was initially fueled by deep pain, but he channeled this pain into something meaningful and mature. Zohar wrote this arrangement with sincere emotions and found the perfect singer for the project in Lau Noah, a profound, moving, and brilliant musician who deeply appreciates Joni’s art. The arrangement features two classical guitars, piano, double bass, drums, and saxophone.
