A due anni dal precedente Live at Iridium, Jean-Michel Pilc esce con un nuovo lavoro in trio, accompagnato come allora dal bassista Thomas Bramerie e dal batterista Mark Mondesir, che in numerose tracce viene però sostituito da Ari Hoenig, batterista dei precedenti dischi di Pilc.
