On Friday, October 3rd, the album “We Say” was released — a spontaneous studio project by the Norwegian– Italian quartet: Cosimo Boni – trumpet Magnus Bakken – saxophone Håkon Huldt-Nystrøm – bass Amund Kleppan – drums The music was recorded in a single session in Oslo, almost entirely as first takes. Between Nordic lyricism, Italian energy, and the American jazz tradition, the quartet finds a free and vibrant dialogue.
