Album Description

Album Stopa snu (Trace of a dream) is a collection of original songs sung in Czech language (all lyrics written by Marta Kloučková). Their leitmotif is transformation. The songs were created during the past two years, which were certainly not stingy with changes. The songs capture loss, sadness and disillusionment as well as the gradual path to transformation - a path lined with hope and belief in good endings. Musically, the album moves on the border between jazz and songwriting, which certainly does not lack improvisation, spontaneity, sensitivity, playfulness and ferocity.
