Album Description
About Heroes This project is my personal celebration of the musicians who shaped my development as both a saxophonist and composer. Heroes features three original tracks, each a nod to the sounds and styles of legendary artists like Miles Davis, Weather Report, Wayne Shorter, Joe Zawinul, Herbie Hancock, Marcus Miller, The Brecker Brothers, Ralph Towner, Alan Holdsworth, Bill Bruford and many others. These artists have not only influenced the way I play but have inspired the very essence of my creative process. I have brought together team of talented musicians, recording engineers, and visionaries to craft a sound that blends traditional jazz with modern influences, creating something fresh while paying homage to the rich history of the Jazz Fusion genre. My hope is that Heroes will resonate with jazz lovers who appreciate the evolution of the music and its ability to transcend time and tradition.
