When a trip begins, we believe that we are heading directly to the destination we have chosen. But reality does not always adapt to our will. Many times there are unforeseen events along the way. We cannot know in advance the consequences of these detours, but they can lead us down paths that we did not know and, therefore, to live experiences that we did not expect. In his first album of completely improvised music, Eduardo Elia travels in directions that were often not planned, taking "desvíos" (detours) that give shape to twelve pieces for solo piano created spontaneously.
