Eduardo Elia
Pianist from Córdoba, Argentina, Eduardo Elia studied first in Córdoba, then in Buenos Aires, and finally at Berklee College of Music (Boston), from which he began to follow a path that today is reflected in 10 albums:

577 Records (New York – US): "The art of not faling - Improvisations on Schoenberg's Op 19 piano pieces“ ("Pianist of the Year" in the survey made by the website specialized in jazz "El Intruso“), “Una pregunta, tres respuestas”, and "Desvíos" from 2025.
He played in venues and festivals in Argentina and Latin America with his own projects, solo piano, or accompanying international artists such as Donald Harrison, Darmon Meader (The NY Voices), Horacio Fumero, David Xirgu (Barcelona), among others.
Parallel to his artistic activity, he has developed a constant and committed activity in the educational field, working as a teacher since 2002 in the Licenciatura en Composición Musical con Orientación en Música Popular at the Universidad Nacional de Villa María, of which he is currently Director.
As a researcher, he participated as a speaker in congresses in Argentina and Latin America, sharing his works and articles on topics such as education of the popular musician, composition in improvised music, and the evolution of improvisation throughout the history of jazz.

Paralelamente a su actividad artística, ha desarrollado una constante y comprometida actividad en el ámbito educativo, desempeñándose como docente desde el año 2002 en la Licenciatura en Composición Musical con Orientación en Música Popular de la Universidad Nacional de Villa María, de la cual es actualmente Director.
