Album Description

NTBM (Not-To-Be-Missed) is an original jazz collective led by Tjoe Man Cheung, a Hong Kong native guitarist and composer, and formed by irregular members from around the world. The group aspires to compose original jazz tunes and perform globally. The line-up is always a surprise for the audience. and orange is the first studio record album produced by NTBM in London in 2016-2017. It consists of seven instrument songs that blend urban jazz, fusion and improvisation. After releasing FLOW (2014) and FLOW LONDON (2016) with guitar as the main music language, Tjoe determined a breakthrough and brought together his dream team for this unconventional project. this album tjoe focused on composition and arrangement for this particular lineup, the album consists of 7 originals written by tjoe and marco (tenor player) and orange will be released globally in the form of a deluxe USB device in mid-August and a 12” LP record in mid-September.
