Alberto (voice, guitar), Roberta (bass) and Luca (drums) are Verdena. They’ve been playing together since 1992. Verdena rehearse every day (if not on tour) down in their garage, where they built a 24 track recording studio. No digital stuff is allowed to get in! Their songs arise from a round of guitar, bass guitar or drums. The hen-house (renamed “Henhouse Studio”, a complete studio) is a sound laboratory full of guitars, amplifiers, rhodes, mellotrons, Korg synths. They consider the form of the song like a picture to work on in a more and more stratified way much more than a simple song
