John Berndt (born 1967) is a musician and organizer based in Baltimore, Maryland who is best known as an extended-technique experimental saxophonist and electronic musician. He participated in the second wave of the neoism cultural movement, the first wave having consisted of Monty Cantsin, Istvan Kantor, and Blaster Al Ackerman, amongst many others. Saxophonist, flutist, composer and arranger Steve Sacks conveys a message of hope and peace through jazz which transcends the boundaries of genre. Born in Washington, D.C. in 1953, he grew up in Chicago and Connecticut. He began learning piano at age 7, and saxophone from age 13. After graduating Harvard with a B.A. summa cum laude in musicology, Steve moved to Paris for two years, then to New York City, where for twenty years he was active on the jazz, Brazilian, and Latin American musical scenes. He subsequently moved to Hong Kong for two years, and has lived in Tokyo, Japan since 1999. Steve has recorded on over 100 albums, including four as a leader of the New York-based Brazilian jazz groups "Guanabara" and "Trilogia"

Gary Stewart Hamilton

Born: February 9, 1965

Over the years I have played in a variety of bands covering such genres as rock, blues, funk and jazz. I have a BA Hons degree in jazz from Middlesex University and have taught privately for several years. Also I recently started teaching at the Allegro Music Academy. I have ABRSM certificates in jazz (grade 5: merit) and classical (grade 6: merit). I have a working knowledge of the keyboard, to aid explanation of scale resources and note choice. I have also studied techniques by many jazz educators such as Mark Levine, Dan Haerle, Hal Crook and Dave Liebman. I have a sound working knowledge of the Sibelius computer programme.

Saxophonist and Composer, Brian Girley, was born on April 2 1983 in Orlando Florida. While no one in his family played an instrument both his mother and father would sing in church and at weddings giving him his first musical exposure. Brian received both his Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of North Texas (UNT) where he studied saxophone under the direction of Jim Riggs and Eric Nestler. While at UNT he had a chance to study under Lynn Seaton, Fred Hamilton and Stefan Karlsson. Helge Albin

Born: March 31, 1941

For over thirty years, Helge Albin has been working hard to turn the the small Swedish city of Malmo into an international destination for the best in forward-thinking jazz music. And he has a lot to show for it—The Tolvan Big Band, an 18-member ensemble dedicated to performing new music by Albin and others has toured in Europe, Australia and South America, and worked with jazz masters Dizzy Gillespie, Dave Liebman, and Michael Brecker, among many others.

The ensemble has released twelve recordings, four of them featuring Albin’s music. Dimitris Tsakas

Born: December 28, 1970

Dimitris Tsakas studied under scholarship at Berklee College of Music with masters such as Andy Mc Gee, Jerry Bergonzi, George Garzone and Steve Wilson.He has taken part in a lot of record productions and live performances by many Greek and foreign artists in venues such as  the closing ceremony for the Olympic Games in 2004, as well as some of the top musicians in the Greek jazz scene.

Dimitris is the most recorded saxophonist in the Greek scene for the last two decades, featured in over than 200 albums across all genres.

During the same period he has been a long term collaborator with some of the most established artists in Greece such as  Eleftheria Arvanitaki ,Charis Alexiou , Demis Roussos and Maria Farantouri.
