Reiff jr has worked as Musical Director for David Sanborn, Chaka Khan, Mark King and others. He has played/recorded with Michael Brecker, David Garfield, Randy Crawford, Tower of Power, Robert Palmer and many more. Reiff has been musical director on national TV for several years. Spring 2004 Reiff released Reiffs Riffs - a book concerning improvisation on guitar Summer 2004 Reiff jr played with David Garfield, Will Lee, Steve Ferrone & Alex Ligertwood. While they were together, this lineup recorded some new tracks for Reiff's next album. The 3'rd october they are playing again in Sophia, Bulgaria.
