Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Jake Kelberman is a musician, composer, educator, and collaborator whose multi-faceted career reflects his diverse passions and belief in the importance of the arts in society. He has performed at venues and festivals throughout North America, South America and Europe. Jake was a finalist in both the Wilson Center Jazz Guitar Competition in Milwaukee, WI and the “Keep an Eye” Jazz Competition in Amsterdam, NL, and has performed in the Montreux Jazz Guitar Competition in Montreux, Switzerland. Jake has performed and recorded with artists including Wycliffe Gordon, Ulysses Owens Jr., Jim Snidero, Gerald Veasley, Walt Weiskopf, Deana Martin, Terell Stafford, Josh Lawrence, and Chelsea Reed
