Miles Mosley
Miles Mosley is an upright bassist, vocalist, producer, composer and arranger. As a teen, Mosley was selected to play bass for the Grammy All-American High School Jazz Band & Choir, and was acclaimed as a “technical virtuoso” by Los Angeles Times jazz critic, Don Heckman. He received his classical training at the Colburn School of Music in Los Angeles, had years of study with jazz bass legends John Clayton, Ray Brown, and Al McKibbon, and received his undergraduate degree in music at UCLA. Since then Mosley has greatly expanded his repertoire, mastering the bass and a vast array of instruments, deftly blending Jazz with Rock, Pop, Funk, and R&B

Tim Landers
Born:
Tim hails from the Boston area and attended Berklee College of Music as well as studying with Neil Stubenhaus and Whit Brown. After two semesters and a brief tour with Al Kooper at eighteen years old, Tim moved to New York City and resided there for the next six years where he played and recorded with Al DiMeola, Billy Cobham, Mike Stern, Gil Evans, Michael Brecker, Tiger Okoshi, Bill Frisell, and many more. In the mid-1980's, Tim switched to the west coast where he soon established himself as one of LA's top session bassists. He has recorded with the likes of Tori Amos, Vince Neil, Tracy Chapman, Lee Ritenour, Dave Grusin, Vinnie Colaiuta, Tom Scott, John Tesh, The Crusaders, Al Stewart, Vital Information, Brian Hughes, Marc Jordan, Beyonce, Gladys Knight, Taylor Hawkins, Loreena McKennitt, etc

Luca Alemanno
Currently based in Los Angeles (originally from Lecce, Italy), upright/electric bassist Luca Alemanno is considered by critics “among the finest young modern jazz musicians that currently Italy has to offer.” Touring, recording and performing at festivals and clubs in Europe, Asia and North and South America, Luca has appeared with international jazz artists such as Dee Dee Bridgewater, Miguel Zenón, Mark Turner, Walter Smith III, Greg Osby, Bob Mintzer, Joe Lovano, Logan Richardson, Esperanza Spalding, Gerald Clayton, Stanley Jordan, Kenwood Dennard, Maria Schneider, Jerry Bergonzi, Mark Giuliana, Dave Koz, Jason Lindner, Enrico Pieranunzi, Fabrizio Bosso, Flavio Boltro, Rosario Giuliani, Anne Ducros, Kim Plainfield, Magnus Lindgren, Nicola Conte, and many others. Played a number of instruments from an early age, finally settling on electric and double bass. Started playing bass in high school, studying with Reggie Washington. Attended University of the Arts in Philadelphia and earned Bachelor Degree in Jazz. Along the way studied with well-known artists like Edward Simon, Gerald Veasley, and Gary Grainger. Jonathan Steele

Jon Steele is a bass player, educator, arranger, and composer in Washington DC. He's gigged with many of the best jazz musicians in town, recorded with all kinds of artists, and maintains a loyal roster of students. His latest release as a leader features world class musicians- Kevin Hays, Vinnie Colaiuta, Tedd Baker, Tom Williams, and Mike Pavone. Having studied both jazz and classical at the University of Tennessee, Jon graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Studio Music and Jazz and a Master's degree in Double Bass Performance. He has toured throughout the U.S., and worked with a diversity of artists such as Donald Brown, Louise Mandrell, and Sarah Lipstate, and also with symphonies in Tennessee and North Carolina
