Alfredo De La Fé

Grammy Nominated, Cuban born, New York based, Superstar violinist Alfredo De La Fé is a living musical legend. Born in Cuba on February 6, 1954, Alfredo De La Fé began his musical studies at the fresh young age of six, and by the age of eight, was given a scholarship to study at the world-renowned Fryderyk Chopin University of Music (Warsaw Conservatory) in Poland. He then later continued his education at the Julliard School of Music in New York City. After attending the finest music schools and conservatories, De La Fé made his mark on the music scene, as a premier solo violinist, composer, and arranger, and eventually would become one the greatest musical icons of our time, performing with many greats such as; Celia Cruz, Carlos Santana, Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, The Fania All Stars, Tipico 73, Papo Luca Y La Sonora Poncena, Ruben Blades, Hector Lavoe, Dave Valentin, and Dizzy Gillespie, to name a few… De La Fé is a true virtuoso, his musical style draws on many genres including; Cuban, Jazz, Classical, Rock, Caribbean, Funk, Latin and Pop
