Robert Dunn

I was born into the sort of family that made me want to stay by myself in my room practicing guitar & writing songs. Somehow I developed this mindset where I felt drawn to the surreal/abstract so I gravitated to music that that was that way (psychedelic, Hendrix, Doors, Beatles, etc.) I began studying jazz and as I progressed through bebop, hard bop, modal and into the 'avant garde' or free jazz I began to absorb these genres and developed my own musical approach. I did put together musical units mostly in LA, and where I currently reside - the San Francisco Bay Area that did attract some attention and this is what I am continuing to do to this day.

Joseph de Dominicis

Joseph de Dominicis, ‘Joe D’, is a composer and acoustic guitarist. He performs his music on a seven steel-string archtop guitar. He is a native New Yorker. His first album, ‘Joseph de Dominicis Songs: Volume One’ with vocals and piano by Gloria Cooper was released on the label Carol MRP Co. Justin Duhaime

Born: February 26, 1989

Justin Duhaime is a passionate guitarist, composer and teacher with a deep commitment to music. He has sold out concerts at various venues and festivals throughout Ottawa. Justin Duhaime is the recipient of the Ottawa Arts Council’s 2018 RBC Emerging Artist Award, the first musician to ever receive the award. As a freelance guitarist Duhaime has performed in a wide array of musical styles. Most recently, he has emerged as a leading figure in the jazz manouche scene in Ottawa with his group Gypsy Muse. Duhaime is fluent in French and English and has been teaching guitar in both languages since 2005

Born in 1948 in Santa Catarina, Brasil. He grew up in Curitiba, Parana, Brasil. Ademar Fonseca is a highly talented brazilian musician with uncommon knowledge of music gained since early age. At age eight he acquired his first acoustic guitar. At age 13 he put together his first band. It was a duo with his brother Ademir on vocal and percussion. As his style developed he continued to perform in bars, musical shows, radio stations, theaters, concert halls, museums and in the most famous carnival in the world. Koji Yoneyama

Born: December 14, 1987

Koji is a New York-based guitar player and composer with a background in jazz, rock, Funk, Soul, and pop. He was born and raised in Osaka, Japan in 1987, graduated from Osaka University of Arts with a Bachelors in Music. Koji started playing guitar at the age of 11 and won first prize in the for Best Guitarist in the 2005 Fresh Musician Championship in Osaka. At 21 he began studying Jazz under professors Sadao Ikeda, Takashi Nakamura who teach at Osaka University of Arts. To continue his progress upon graduation, Koji studied with the legendary Kazuhiko Takeda. Since moving to New York City, Koji also had the opportunity to study with Pasquale Grasso. After graduating, Koji worked at many venues in the Osaka area as a professional session guitarist

Shambhu

Born: May 31

Shambhu (pronounced 'SHOHM-boo') transforms stillness and silence into calming sounds. He's an acclaimed jazz guitarist and composer who the Marin Independent Journal called "a consummate guitarist". Common Ground says, “Shambhu is at once precise, skilled, sensitive and inventive way beyond the norm.”

Shambhu worked with Grammy-winning record producer Will Ackerman on his 2010 debut release, "Sacred Love," which reached #1 on the ZMR (Zone Music Reporter) New Age music chart. Shambhu's second album, "Dreaming of Now," also produced with Ackerman, reached #2 on ZMR, and won Best Contemporary Instrumental Album at the ZMR Music Awards (2014). His third release, "Soothe," reached #11 on ZMR and saw two songs move into rotation on Sirius XM.
