Soul of John Bigham at the Mint
The singer-songwriter John Bigham has worked as a sideman for everyone from Miles Davis and Fishbone to Dr. Dre.
On his latest solo release Black John, he charts his own course of simmering, groove-heavy modern blues that belongs on a bass-heavy dancefloor as much as a rickety porch in the Delta.
