Smooth Jazz guitarist/producer LOUIE SHELTON will perform songs from his just-released third CD, URBAN CULTURE (Lightyear/WEA) Sept 3, from 5-5:45pm at the 11th Annual Franklin (TN) Jazz Festival which also features Latin Jazz legends Arturo Sandoval and Cachao.
