Acclaimed playwright and actress Renee Flemings brings a return engagement of her autobiographical musical production “From The Front Porch" back to the Triad cabaret (158 W. 72nd Street) in Manhattan for two performances only - Friday evenings, November 3rd & November 10th @ 7pm.

Flemings, a Eugene O'Neill Playwright's Conference finalist (2004), calls the work “a spirited celebration of rhythm, blues and life" inspired by her childhood experiences in Alabama and summers spent in several small Southern towns in the mid-1960s and early 1970s. Directed by Liesl Tommy, Renee will be backed by a five-piece band including Tony Bellantoni (guitar) Darrell Briscoe (bass) Salvatore Carolei (harmonica), Danny Sanchez (drums) and Mario Sprouse (pianist).
