FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES FULL LINE-UP TO BE HELD IN PHILADELPHIA SEPTEMBER 23 AND 24 IN FDR PARK
The POPPED! Music Festival is back with a vengeance this fall in Philadelphia, PA. To take place Friday, September 23, and Saturday, September 24, this is the first year the festival will be held outside on the lush grounds of FDR Park.
