Jazz Pianist George Kahn Appears May 1 at the Jazz Bakery in Los Angeles

Jazz Pianist George Kahn, will perform as a Quartet at Los Angeles' Jazz Bakery on Tuesday evening, May lst. Joining George onstage will be an All-Star Lineup of Jazz greats, including JUSTO ALMARIO (on Sax), ALEX ACUNA (drums) and ABE LABORIEL (on Bass). The concert begins at 8 PM.

This will be the first time since the ...Compared To What? recording session that George has had the chance to work again with Alex Acuna, and having his soul mates Justo Almario and Abe Laboriel along, will make it a special night indeed. In addition the audience will get to hear the first performance of brand new material from George's upcoming CD release, tentatively titled Under The Covers. George's music can be heard frequently on KJAZZ and on XM Satellite Radio. Also, George continues on the cutting edge of digital distribution with his music available for download internationally through iTunes, Rhapsody, Music Match, as well as on his own site (see below).
