The Indy Jazz Fest presented by Marsh is proud to announce a new home for the Indy Jazz Fest. In what will be a three year partnership the Indy Jazz Fest presented by Marsh will be held on the grounds of Opti Park for 2010. This year's festival will be held starting Sunday, September 12 and run through Saturday, September 18, 2010. Broad Ripple Village, long known as a major hub in Indy's music scene, will provide the perfect geographical balance for listeners from throughout the city. True to last year's success the Indy Jazz Fest will feature great jazz throughout the city leading to the weekend events. Venues slated to participate in 2010 are the Madame Walker Theater, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, The Jazz Kitchen, Chatterbox Jazz Club and the University of Indianapolis.
Tickets will go on sale at all Central Indiana Marsh locations August 10th and on the indyjazzfest.net website on July 20, 2010.
The official Artist Announcement Kick-Off Concert is slated for mid-July--exact date to be determined.
