Calling the music of Gregorian BC “hard rock" does not do it justice. He earned the nickname “The Conquistador of Music" due to his eclectic musical mix: combining his love of Gregorian chant and Flamenco guitar with rock and blues, BC has created a whole new genre of music.

Growing up among the corn fields of Iowa, the young lad adopted the motto: “I'm gonna do it whether people like it or not!" and saw himself as a risk taker. To that end, he dropped out of high school to spend his days hangin' with his buddies and listening to music. But a few short years later, BC relocated to the Sunshine State, re-entered the education system and - with hard work and determination - went on to receive a Doctorate in Pharmacy.

It is this same dedication to his goals that brought BC to record “Conquistadors Of War." He says: “Rock music is not new, but it would suck to sound like some other band because that's already been done." Hence, the unique sounds BC created on his CD. “Having taken electric guitar as far as it could go," he says, “I became enamored of Flamenco guitar while in search of a higher, different classical art to incorporate into rock."

Drummer and friend Billy Ashbaugh (Pat Benatar, Tim McGraw) said: “Brian's songwriting breaks down all barriers. The way he mixes classical guitar, Gregorian chant, rock, blues, and Flamenco guitar is truly original. His music is like nothing you've ever heard before!"

“Conquistadors Of War" is slated for release (date) on Gregorian BC Records. The lead single, “Live Today," will be available on (sites) on (date).
