Iordache's jazz funk album Garden Beast was recently released by his own record label, Fiver House Records in Bucharest

The album is inspired by Iordache's own garden and the animals and plants within it, as well as nature's own rhythms and cycles.

The band is a septet which features saxophonist Iordache, trumpet player Sebastian Burneci, trombonist Florian Radu, guitarist Dan Alex Mitrofan, keyboardist Toni Kuhn, bassist Utu Pascu, and drummer Tavi Scurtu. It was recorded at Studioul de Baza in Iasi by Vladimir Ivanov and Utu Pascu and mixed by Utu Pascu. A special guest was Turkish vocalist Sanem Kalfa, who sang beautifully on “Magnolia".

All the tunes were composed and arranged by Iordache.

The artwork was created by Medicine Madison.

Garden Beast was made possible, financially, through a campaign on the Romanian crowdfunding platform We Are Here, by 115 of the band's most dedicated fans.

A limited edition of 100 vinyl LP's is due to be released around the end of April 2014.
