Music marketer and manager Ben Coe of wonderfully named Artist Farm has released a free tour marketing handbook that really is a must read for any artist or music industry professional interested in marketing live performances. It's filled not just with great ideas but a time line for implementation.
“This is being released with no strings attached, not even asking for an email address.", says Coe. “The book is essentially a documentation of the tour marketing system that I put together from what I've learned over the past several years of managing nationally touring bands. It's targeted mostly for managers or bands that are at the national touring level, but I think there are many applicable concepts for baby bands as well."
