A New York City CD release celebration for a mini album of songs from Kyoko Kitamura will be found on Sat, April 7, 2012 at Metro Baptist Church , 410 W. 40th St. starting at 7:30pm

This Mark Lamb Dance Salon will double as a release performance for “Armadillo In Sunset Park,” a set of songs written for Mark Lamb Dance released on March 20th 2012.

“The mock serious chorus “always use rubber gloves when handling raw armadillo," never ceases to amuse. In performance, the dancers don Pepto Bismol-pink rubber hand wear, which would be the cherry on top.” —John Sharpe, All About Jazz.

Many of the songs were choreographed by Mark Lamb himself, and the songs will be performed by the dancers, as was originally intended. The second set will feature pianist Russ Lossing, and the third set will be a surprise.

Doors open at 7PM, music starts at 7:30PM, second set starts at 8:20PM, and third set will start at 9PM. Admission will be $20.00.
