Syracuse Connection features four new original compositions by B.J. Jansen and one new composition from Frank Stagnitta with two additional Jansen arrangements of popular standards. Musicians on the date include: B.J. Jansen (baritone saxophone), Frank Stagnitta (piano), Matt Vacanti (bass) and Karl Sterling (drums). This album was recorded at Spider Studios, Syracuse, NY in August 2009.

Jansen's fourth album will be distributed digitally through: iTunes(USA/CANADA/UK/EU/JAPAN/AUSTRALIA/NZ), AmazonMp3, eMusic, LALA, Rhapsody, Napster, Limewire, Amiestreet, Shockhound, IMVU and Nokia... and also in CD Format through CDBaby + other affiliated physical retailers WORLDWIDE, including Disk Union in Tokyo, Japan.
