Ari Hoenig, one of the most original drummers in jazz today, will play his hometown on December 29 & 30, 2006. Recently having signed with Dreyfus Records, Hoenig's first release on their label will be coming out in early 2007. The release Inversations, features among others, Jean Michel Pilc on piano and Johannes Weidenmueller on bass, both of whom will be joining Hoenig for his two nights in Philly.
