Samantha Fierke is an up-and-coming singer from Columbia, Missouri. At just 16 years old, Samantha is debuting her first EP, “Sam,” which is available for purchase online at www.samdoesjazz.com. Samantha is joined by pianist Martin Shapiro and bassist Mickey Jamieson, who attend the New School in New York and the Berklee Conservatory of Music in Boston respectively. Both Martin and Mickey played with Samantha in high school before pursuing degrees in music. Drummer Loyd Warden brings industry experience to the group, with local studio intern Jenna Rogers providing support on Fender Rhodes and keyboard. All players and production associates come from Loyd’s teaching studio, “A-Frame Recording.” “Sam” gives Samantha a rock-solid start to her rising career that will leave listeners impressed and excited for more.
