Amine Dhouibi

Amine Dhouibi is a Tunisian composer, guitarist, and sound artist working in contemporary jazz and experimental music. His practice focuses on sound research, improvisation, and process-based composition, treating music as an open field for exploration and development.

His debut album, The Resurrection (2021), was nominated for Best Newcomer in Jazz. In 2023, his second album, Eternity, was nominated for Best Contemporary Jazz Album, reflecting his ongoing engagement with modern and experimental jazz forms. In 2025, Amine released his latest single, which received a nomination for Best Jazz Song, continuing his research-driven approach to composition.

Amine has participated in international collaborations and performances at festivals, working with musicians from diverse cultural backgrounds. His work often combines extended guitar techniques, electroacoustic elements, and spatial sound practices to create contemporary listening experiences beyond traditional jazz structures.
