More polls and other assorted nuggets
From time to time, we share some recent news that might ordinarily fly under the radar. I also want to briefly touch on some plans for 2022.
The other All About Jazz poll results, which includes Top Jazz Cities, Top Venues, Top Record Labels and Fantasy Festivals are here. Starting in January, look for a series of "favorite" polls where readers will have the opportunity to vote for favorite musicians by instrument.

Recent Poll Results and more Polling Plans for 2022
We published the results from our "musical and lyrical sophistication in jazz and other genres" reader poll here. Considering the voters, the winner wasn't surprising but the analysis, especially about pop music and Genesis (the band) makes for an interesting read. The other All About Jazz poll results, which includes Top Jazz Cities, Top Venues, Top Record Labels and Fantasy Festivals are here. Search Songs by Record Label
We added an additional search criteria to Song of Day. In addition to musician name, you can search songs by record label. Try a search (by clicking the Songs & Videos tab) here. Type in Origin Records then select it from the auto-complete box. Once you see the results, scroll down to "The Alchemist" by Scott Reevesclick to listen and enjoy!Get To Know Us
