About the Album
The second single from the new album "The Voice Of Clark Terry" just came out August 1! "The Snapper" is the title of Clark's composition, and Les Harris Jr. wrote new lyrics to this minor blues with a bridge. Les' lyrics tell the story of a beloved jazz fan who just can't find the beat. Les brings Clark's tune and his improvised solo from the 1990 recording "Having Fun" to life! Chris Humphrey, vocals - Mark Shilansky, piano - Marty Ballou, bass - Les Harris, Jr drums - Trent Austin, trumpet
