About the Album
Selectio Aptissima is the 3rd track from the album Darwin AI: Survivor Choice. It's Latin for Survival of the Fittest, per the concept of Natural Selection by Charles Darwin. The Latin title is a nod to the historical significance of the language that evolved into other languages we know today, surviving as a root for science nomenclature. Similarly, Darwin’s evolutionary concept is not explicitly about strong versus weak, rather it speaks to the ability of an organism to adapt to its specific environment over time thus enhancing its survivability. And, this track touches on how technology is a change agent to our own biology.
